How the Peptide Reconstitution Calculator by Peptara Labs handles calculation inputs, sharing, and support requests.

The calculator has no account, saved calculation history, or analytics. Its code does not set cookies or use browser storage.
Typing values into the calculator and pressing Calculate performs the arithmetic in the active component. Sharing with ChatGPT is a separate action.
What information is used

Storage and retention
Form entries and results are held in the active component's memory. The application has no database or saved calculation history. The calculation service processes tool inputs in request memory and does not write calculation values or request bodies to application logs or application storage.
Reset clears the visible form and result. It does not remove information already shared with ChatGPT, copied to a clipboard, or sent by email.
Vercel hosting runtime logs are retained for 30 days under this service's current hosting configuration. See Vercel's runtime-log retention documentation. Other provider records used for security, service operation, or legal obligations are handled under the provider policies linked below; the 30-day runtime-log period does not mean every category of provider data is deleted at the same time.
Support correspondence follows the retention criteria in the Peptara Labs Privacy Policy: it is kept only as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request, or as required by law, then deleted or anonymized. This is a purpose-based retention period, not a fixed number of days. You can contact us to ask about your correspondence or request its deletion.
Hosting and other providers
The public hosting provider, Vercel, may process IP addresses, request paths, timestamps, device or request metadata, and security information to deliver and protect the service. These operational records are distinct from a saved calculation history. Read the Vercel Privacy Policy.
When you use the calculator through ChatGPT, OpenAI handles the conversation, tool inputs and outputs, and explicitly shared results according to its policies and your account settings. Values you supply in a chat are already part of that conversation, even if you do not press Share with chat. Read the OpenAI Privacy Policy for its data practices and controls.
Support messages are handled by Peptara Labs and its email service providers. The calculator itself does not send marketing email or build a user profile.
Your choices
- Use the calculator without creating an account or visiting the brand links.
- Keep manually entered form values in the component by leaving Share with chat unused.
- Use Reset to clear the visible inputs and result.
- Manage conversation retention and other ChatGPT data controls through your OpenAI account settings.
- For questions or requests about information you sent to Peptara Labs, email hello@peptaralabs.io. We may need enough information to locate and verify the request.
Links outside the calculator
The optional Peptara Labs and lab-report links open external pages. Visiting those pages is governed by the destination's notices and practices. Calculator values are not added to those links.
